"do not think online order that their foods are ready when they come there. obviously if they do not pay online their order does not go into; even if there's a confirmation saying order has gone through and give a pickup time. showed the little girl on the front a screenshot of order and says I had not submitted and they did not. no apologies or anything to make it right and acting like I was stupid to ask why it let them pay out in a command when it is necessary. I asked if they could give me the 12 ounces. and when I come back, it's a 16 oz cup that's hardly halfway full. well made business roly poly!"
