"Extremely delicious gyro before I went there I was not sure if I was in the mood to eat meat, but after I took my takeout to Lake Lagoon, I knew it was the right choice. I usually get the gyro sandwich, but the plate is so much better as you choose the amount of meat and toppings you put in your packaging. By far the best gyro I had here in Slo. I highly recommend getting the plate and going somewhere nice to enjoy it. There are many great places to sit and eat outside. It really made me a difference."

"Nice Cream offers a limited selection of vegan options. One choice is the banana whip, made with bananas and agave syrup. The staff mentioned that they could add chocolate chunks or peanut butter for a fancier option. The kids chose chocolate chunks, while I went for the chocolate and peanut butter combination. The ice cream is made in front of you, which is a cool experience but can take some time. The children were fascinated by the smoke when the liquid nitrogen was used. The texture of the banana whip is surprisingly creamy, and they have a separate blender for vegan options to avoid cross-contamination with dairy. I recommend getting the smaller size as the larger portion was too much to finish!"
