"Our Valentine's Day was completely ruined last night. Despite the fact that this restaurant is no longer in business, I was still able to book a reservation through Open Table and received multiple confirmation notifications leading up to last night. After being dropped off by Uber, we found ourselves stranded on the street, unsure of what to do next. Since I already had an "existing reservation," I was unable to make a new one elsewhere. Our Valentine's Day and two-year anniversary were ruined, and we had newlyweds with us who had flown out for the first time to visit California. This was a major disappointment caused by Open Table, and we are unsure how this oversight was allowed to happen."
