"I made a reservation for 12 people for April 7 at 7 pm, and got an email confirmation. Then 1 hour before 12 of us was supposed to meet there, I get a phone call telling me they cannot accommodate 12 people. I don't understand why they couldn't let me know sooner so our group could make other arrangements. There were already people in transit to Genji. Then, an hour later, I get a text from the restaurant telling me all 12 of my party needs to be there or we would lose our reservation. I had already been told they couldn't accommodate our group! A few minutes later, I get a call telling me there was some kind of miscommunication. Very unorganized, and they lost our business. They would have made a lot from our party of 12. We will never go there again. There are other Japanese Steak Houses in the area."
