"Absolutely terrible customer service. The lady that worked on MLK day on Monday around 4 pm was pathetic. Doesn’t smile doesn’t greet and completely ignored me in the line. Jumps to people after me and then when I tell her I was standing before …. She says “ Oh I never saw you”Doesn’t even have the decency to say sorry .When I tell her I wanted cheese pizza she goes and gets pepperoni and says I never heard you say cheese. Still no sorry.We just had to walk away . I cannot be treated with disrespect . Understand you can have a bad day but you are behind the counter and you have to smile and learn to say sorry . Why would a mall like this even have a store of this kind!!! Please bring better people in this store or close it,"

"Love their cheese Steak Strombolis with sauce on the side. Good pizza, too. Ideal for takeout or delivery. Very comfortable take section with cold gripper n go beer selection. Solid/timely delivery team also. Fun bar area with pool tables etc. Believe that they still embrace smoking in the interior... only FYI . Great place with long standing in the community."
