"Absolutely terrible customer service. The lady that worked on MLK day on Monday around 4 pm was pathetic. Doesn’t smile doesn’t greet and completely ignored me in the line. Jumps to people after me and then when I tell her I was standing before …. She says “ Oh I never saw you”Doesn’t even have the decency to say sorry .When I tell her I wanted cheese pizza she goes and gets pepperoni and says I never heard you say cheese. Still no sorry.We just had to walk away . I cannot be treated with disrespect . Understand you can have a bad day but you are behind the counter and you have to smile and learn to say sorry . Why would a mall like this even have a store of this kind!!! Please bring better people in this store or close it,"
