"We made a reservation for 1:30pm for my daughter's graduation celebration and when we arrived around 1:00pm, it was not open. Additionally, I called 3 times to try to understand what was going on, and no one answered the phone. We had to go to an entirely new restaurant last minute. Very unprofessional and disappointing."
