"Forgetting the awful, surly woman running the cash register, this place is a joke. I ordered two bagels toasted with cream cheese and threw them away. Completely inedible. Lots of the bagels on display are badly burnt. Who thinks this place is good?? No idea why anyone would come here."

"USED to be good NOT anymore. Do not recommend. They changed something in the recipe for their bagels and now it just tastes and smells like bread. No longer “authentic” bagels! I drive a long way for their bagels…not anymore. Used to live just outside NYC and know what a bagel should taste like THESE DON’T. Looks like a bagel BUT same taste as a bagel from the supermarket. Save your time and money!"

"Bagel quality is a 1/10. Cream cheese...0/10. The bagel was dough y (not fully cooked...even though I got it toasted) and, for an everything bagel, lacked salt. What is weirder the cream cheese tasted partially salty...it tasted like it was made with sour cream. Service speed...2/10. I've had lower speed service in NYC, but...this is definitely a low quality offering. Noah's is better...and that's saying a lot!"
