"Absolutely horrific is how I would describe my experience with Park Tavern. I used Open Table to book a reservation after looking at PT 's website and menu. This was for a special family night that included dinner and tickets to the Botanical Gardens. When we arrived there was no one to greet us, when we went to the bar to inquire about our reservation (after getting blasted by a cloud of weed) we were told, Ya I don 't know why they do that it 's just seat yourself, serve yourself . Disappointed we sat ourselves and ordered from the online menu. Ordered at 6:32 response was food would be ready at 7:10. We left at 7:20 for our 7:30 Botanical Gardens reservation with NO FOOD! Got a text at 7:50 that our food was ready. We were long gone but an hour and twenty minutes for wings and queso? Completely disappointing felt totally misled by the website. The pandemic was 3 years ago why do we still have NO staff?? Two big thumbs down!"
