"This was near our hotel in Midtown. The place generally seemed to be filled with locals picking up breakfast (we only had breakfast here). The food is generally quite good and there is a lot of variety. My kids especially enjoyed the fresh berries and yogurt. One of the main benefits was that they actually have seating! Both indoor and outdoor, and I am not talking about a uncomfortable stool, but real tables! A rarity in the city. Service was fast and efficient, not a lot of smiling faces, but hey, it's NYC!So what is not to like? The price! Breakfast for four people was $70. Pro tip the counter service (where you get omelettes or sandwiches) is a reasonable price, it's the buffet that kills you. Overall, if you need a place to sit that has decent food, it is a fine spot. Perhaps just chalk up the extra cost to a cover charge!"
