"ONE waitress for multiple tables, wait times for table service, the check, the bag to go was ridiculous. Our chef was great although she shorted me on the chicken fried rice and had to get my portion from the take out line, which I did not appreciate at all. There were only 7 people at our table and she still didn’t have enough fried rice for all 7. I think the guy in the first seat who was only have rice, got double portions."

"we had a reservation at 5:45 a.m. and showed up at 5:30 a.m. we did not sit up to almost 7 clock despite empty tables in the restaurant. as soon as they were fed, it took another hour, almost before they even started cooking. to round it off, the heat was so high in the building that the guests went and the ones who all stayed had red cheered, the ice melted in our drinks almost immediately. many guests had to cool outside during dinner. that had nothing to do with the hot flat plates because they were not in use at that time. the poor server has a great task under its circumstances, but this place is badly managed. I would recommend 10/10 not to eat in this restaurant. we are finally around 9 o'clock at the arrival around 17.30 o'clock. they don't do it themselves."

"Benihana is definitely more than just food. They have personal chefs for each table who cook the food right in front of you. They also perform tricks that makes it a fun experience! The food also comes with soup and rice. Although the food is on the expensive side, it is worth it for the experience. The franchise in Las Vegas is my absolute favorite. We requested extra spicy fried rice and the chef didn't disappoint. It was the absolutely delicious and mouthwatering."

"We always go to this restaurant and usually love it. But this time out service was terrible. I was so disappointed. We waited for forever for all the services except our cook. We had to ask over and over againFor things like a refill on our drinks and water. We waited over 45 minutes for the check alone. We should have walked out because we asked 3 times to pay our 500.00 bill. It was rediculous. It was my daughters birthday and we sat at our table for 2 hours and 50 minutes. This out a damper in our whole evening. We of coarse will go again because it’s our favorite but I was truly upset this night."

"We came to Otani last night with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday and we were all really looking forward to our dining experience. A couple of us had never been there before and have heard wonderful things! When we walked in, the ambiance was very nice and the hostesses at the door were friendly and gracious. We had made our reservation through Open Table and had originally made the reservation for 2 people but had a change of plans and upped our reservation to 7 people without issue and had called to confirm it just to double check. When we arrived, we were told to wait 10-15 minutes which everyone was more than okay doing. However, that 10-15 minute wait then turned into a 30-45 minute wait. Finally we were seated and after waiting for another 15 minutes, we were greeted by our server who was very sweet. She took our drink and food orders and then did not return for another 25 minutes with just our waters and teas. Our service got better as the night went on by our waitress, but when it came down to the time for us all to watch our entrees be cooked, our chef spent more time entertaining and being personable with the table next to us, than he did with our own table. Overall, I would definitely return for how perfectly cooked our meal was but as far as entertainment and service went, I was very surprised that we did not have a great of a time as other customers in the restaurant were having. Hopefully our next visit will be much more entertaining and enjoyable."

"I have been going to this restaurant since I was a kid, so easily over 10 years. It is my favorite Thai restaurant in the area. I live closer to Boston now but anytime I’m up this way I have to go here. It has become a staple location for my family, hometown friends, and college friends. They know if Mangos is open, we are going. The wait staff are always friendly and the food is delicious. I’m so happy they are in Tewksbury! Parking: Small parking lot but never an issue for parking Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps to get into the restaurant, it’s all one level, same with the bathroom."

"I always know what to expect in benihana from my first time in the middle of 1980 until today 2022 (many stands). it is always a fun and an entertaining cooking show. it's not as glamour as it was earlier, but I love that it always makes me smile in a sound with food show, vulcan wobbles and heart pounding fried rice. "Stopped by on a friday night. They seemed to be understaffed unfortunately because it took about 20 mins for a server to greet us. However when the plates arrived, I was delighted by both presentation and taste. Our server did his best which we appreciate!I ordered the garlic edamame (which was decent but not the best) the baos, gyoza, noodles and a roll! I also had the same sapriousca (or however it’s spelled) and I really loved it! The happy hour menu does look great! I also love the convenient parking garage. I would rate higher but the patio service was slow."

"we 've been going to 709 for many years, and go there quite often . service is always good, but the food has been hit or miss for the past year. they closed down and reevaluated their menu and staff. the new staff is excellent, as was the old. we have decided to continue to support 709 during their transition. Saturday 's dinner was just not prepared to my liking. my fillet was medium well, when i asked for medium rare. the server was excellent, and tried everything to accomodate my requests. no fault of her own. but, the chefs should pay better attention to what they are cooking. the sushi chefs also need to check the freshness of the fish they are serving. the usually red tuna was gray. we tried a piece each, and decided not to eat it, and it was then off our bill. 709 was the place to grab a great meal.... look at my other reviews. not too sure anymore."

"The fried rice he prepared was fantastic. I ordered mine with filet and chicken, while my companion requested two portions of fried rice. In addition, he ordered two more to take home. Clearly, we're big fans of fried rice—absolutely love it! We've had experiences with other chefs who have overcooked it in the past, which is disappointing given the price—three orders for $17.50. We didn’t want to complain, so we paid for those and ended up discarding them, thinking we could enjoy it at home. But tonight, Daniel, with his name tag, was exceptional in every way. We felt it was important to share our appreciation for his wonderful service. Thank you, Daniel!"
