"We had a very bad experience, the food was so greasy! We ordered the food and when we were done, we wanted to order dessert, the server told us that the kitchen is closed! I have never been to a restaurant that close for desserts even if they are already closed for food! "An overall disappointing experience at Workshop last night. All five in our party (previously fans of the restaurant) don’t plan to return here on future visits to Palm Springs. Our issues: 1)We made reservations two months ago specifically asking not to be seated at the communal table. We were seated there anyway despite our objections and showing the host the original request. 2)The poor quality of appetizers and entrees. The cooking was very sloppy (soggy, undercooked fries) and questionable technique (pickled/sous vide chicken breast). Not sure how you recover from that except just better cooks and oversight. 3)The service was slow. After being seated we weren’t greeted or given water for 10 minutes. The waitress thanked us for being patient but blamed this on “things being really busy.” The point of reservations is to assist restaurants with resource planning, so again this points to poor management."

"Update: We've consistently had great food and service the handful of times we've come in. Try the: Monster Roll Shrimp Fried Rice General Tsaos Orange Chicken This was our 2nd time dining at Wasabi Bistro and we have been impressed both times. The food is great! I had the monster roll and it was very tasty and my husband had the general tsao's chicken, he said it was the perfect amount of spice and had very good flavor. We enjoy the quiet atmosphere and the look of the restaurant. The wait staff is attentive and service is quick."

"I had a great time. My server has done a good job to communicate with me so that I can get my order in time for the show “Enlighting the Cheese Wheel on Fire”. I and my wife came tired of a long ride, but the music woke us up. It's a bit loud when you expect a quiet dinner, but the energy was definitely accepted by me and my wife, we just had a good time with the music and crowd. I would recommend a day and come back."

"Had a 4:00 pm reservation and was seated on time. There were barely any people dining inside, a couple of tables in the front area. An older gentleman came over and asked about drinks, which was water only. 10 minutes went by, still no water or anyone that came to the table. Another waiter (who I recognized from past experiences that were not the best of service), whispers a curse word “f as ” about the original server; I guess he had no choice but to take over to serve my table of 2, directed by the gentleman. I asked if everything was okay, and he proceeded to tell me yes, when clearly no. I had to ask what the specials were, as he rushed to take our order. He came back to ask if we got a rice dish when we did not. Everything came at once, except for toku fries. I asked for ketchup in advance because it is usually forgotten about, but then fries never showed up until the 3rd time asking another waiter. Toku has great dishes, however their service and quality of dining experience needs tremendous improvement and priority."

"Overall Zanti is a great neighborhood addition, but it is important to note a few aspects of the dining experience that could be greatly improved. First, we were celebrating a birthday, and as most reservation processes include an option to indicate this, I did on OpenTable. Without request or prompting, a birthday dessert with a sparkler was delivered to the table at the end of the meal. This is a nice gesture and of course it is appreciated. But without notice, this is understood as a compliment of the kitchen. Instead, Zanti added $11 to the bill for this celebration. Since this was not requested and we were not given the ability to opt out, this upcharge is disappointing Second, the crowd is energetic and lively, but one group at the bar and one table near us crossed the line between having a good time and disrupting others screaming and cursing. It did not appear to be addressed meaningfully by the staff."

"We've been to East Moon before and this visit was as wonderful as the other visits. We reserved on Open Table 30 minutes before our arrival. They already had a reserved sign on our table when we arrived. My martini was delicious as was my husband's Japanese beer. I had the Kung Pao chicken and I could not get enough. The flavors were clean and spicy and the quality of the ingredients was impeccable. My husband had a sushi roll, hot and sour soup, and a salad all three were fantastic. I expected our dessert would not necessarily be the best since many restaurants seem to consider dessert as an after thought rather than planned out like the other courses. I was pleasantly surprised in the outstanding flavor and quality of our chocolate cake...very, very, VERY good! Our waitress was delightful and the atmosphere of East Moon is very nice. East Moon is a hidden gem and deserves all the high marks they receive. We will be going back again."

"PRIME is an outstanding restaurant but bring your wallet...we had eggplant parmigiana,short ribs(outstanding) , cheese/meats app(shared by 2), a free birthday dessert, one glass white wine 2 glasses of red wines= $100+$30tip. The "prime steakses were in the $50+ range would have pushed our tab much higher. I f you 'd like to save money head to the bar for the bar for pizzas less than $20. PRIME is incredible popular 7 usually crowded so make a special event some days beforehand. To celebrate a birthday, anniversary etc Carbones PRIME is the place to enjoy!!"
