"We really love this place. We came in Wednesday evening. No one greeted us when we walked in the door and when someone finally came, it was very unwelcoming. We usually come at least 2-3 times a month and to be treated the way we were was unacceptable. The worst part of this whole visit was that we hyped up about it and brought our friend from out of state and it was embarrassing to be disappointed the way it all went down. They lost our food order, when we asked for ginger and wasabi, it was a bothersome to the server. We literally had to reach over and grab soy sauce from the bar area were they refill them. I think the worst part of the experience was when we ordered, they brought the check to the table before the food arrived. To spend a lot of money and be treated the way we were… let’s just say we we might not come back and hope the owner reads these reviews and gets back to me."
