"I visited the GW Grill for the first time for drinks and dancing. The bartender was friendly but very busy, making it difficult to get drinks. On my second visit for Mother's Day, the service was terrible despite the restaurant not being busy. They seemed annoyed by our presence and never checked on us for refills. My food took a long time to arrive and the drinks were scarce. Even though we were staying for an evening event, we chose to pay our bill early and get our own drinks. The server was unhappy with our low tip and confronted us about it. Getting drinks at the bar was also a challenge. I will not return for dinner and will only go back to the bar if I can get a proper seat for service."
