"I made reservations at the time, so I thought this would be a great service. No! It took an hour to get your food. The service was just as terrible as it took several times to request items. We received our appetizers and asked for cutlery, plates and napkins, which took 30 minutes to get and until we were allowed, the foo was cold. Then our meals took an additional hour I still said, "It's next door." Remember that no one apologised or had something to say, why the service was so bad and the food lasted so long. The waitress just said, “I have been dealing with terrible kitchen staff all day.” Needless to say that we don't come back and we often visit Knots, so this is from our list."
