"Tried the Lechon, Truffle Ahi stack, shishito peppers, Hawaiian Style Poke, XO tofu and the choi sum namul. The bottom portion of the lechon was hard and dried out Ahi Stack was ok. Had good flavor but definitely didn’t show case the fish Shishito peppers were pretty good. Didn’t catch any spicy ones The poke was quite sad, there was so much grainy grizzle and the fish was young, a bit mushy. Flavor as ok XO tofu was probably the best dish. Loved the ponzu and spicy chili oil combo. The bubu crunch on top added texture It’s seemed a little slow for a Saturday which might have been for the crew. There was only the bar tender, 1 server and the manager in the sit down dinning area. 3 people manning at the take out area."
