"Love the patio. Fun place to hang out with friend and family. All kinds of game options: Jenga, backgammon, boccé, Chickapig Tuesday. I'm anxious to go back and try several things on the menu. Everything that came out of the kitchen looked and smelled delicious! I had the Belgian fries with bacon aoili. Mmmmmm!"

"The food was good, but that is about it. Pretty terrible service on New Year's Eve.The waitress was more interested in the many conversations she was having at the bar with other employees and often with the few other customers that were there while we were.On top of that and this one, I can even believe. I wanted to use the men's room before we left but there was no toilet paper in there. I went back to the bar, asked the man that looked like he was running the place, to please put more toilet paper in there and he looked utterly confused about what to do. He also said shockingly I do not know where the toilet paper is and I can't help you He then made it into something funny he needed to share with other patrons at the bar. This was disgusting and terribly unacceptable. We will not be back."

"My female server is amazing. I was never rushed. She was able to answer my questions and tell me about items on the menu including the one's she had had. I had everything I needed. The Beef Stroganoff is amazing. I didn't like the griddle residue on my piece of bread but I did not mention it. I owned and operated business's myself. The size of the incredible piece German Chocolate Cake is well worth the price and was enough for me take some home and share it. She put my leftover cake in a very nice container and I had a walker so she put this in a bag. I don't drink alcohol but I can see how this would be a wonderful atmosphere and fun to be here. In case anyone thinks the prices are too high please try what you want and then decide. They can answer any questions you have about the menu and so many dishes, etc. to choose from. I went back to tell the pharmacy tech that has brought back a grilled cheese that is not your average grilled cheese and fries in a black container thank you for telling me about this place. It is a little difficult to enter using a walker and I didn't see the part of the sidewalk missing and almost broke my walker and fell over the top but I didn't and a man walking by offered to help me if I needed help. It is uniquely designed and very clean inside. I am on a low fixed income that includes me being mandatorily retired by SSA at 62 years old so as much as I would enjoy trying more of their menu it will be a long time."

"every time I had the pleasure of enjoying a drink here, the personal friendly, the atmosphere invites and above all the selection of beer and other spirits is fantastic. if I were living in south reno, I would ask for a personalized seat. next time you get out, stop and get a pint or a flight. if you have hunger, there are two great restaurants nearby (los compadres, south creek pizza) to order food. bier nw allows the food to be delivered to the inner so that they do not have to lose their place. "My family was asked to leave the resturaunt on a weekday at 3 30 in the afternoon because our terminally ill son was being too loud We were there less than 5 min we ordered our drinks while waiting my 5 yr old son (who functions mentally at an 18 mth level) made 2 high pitch sounds when our drinks came I took him to the bathroom where he made two more high pitched noises. My son is non verbal and this is his only means of communicating my 12 yr old son told me later we could not be heard from the bathroom when we got out of the bathroom we were approched by a manager and asked to leave because he was being too lound when I explained that my son has special needs he said in a very snotty tone I can see that but u ar disturbing other people There were only 3 other tables in the entire resturaunt at the time with people. We left and contacted the owner when the owner called back he told my husband that he would not be apoologizing and that I was obviously a mother who could not control her child. I am disgusted with this place that they would treat an ill child so coldly and we will never be back."
