"What could be more wholesome than riding bikes down the Monon Trail, and then stopping at a local ice cream shop to get a treat? Very few things, that's what. Wyliepalooza is a cool place to visit if you're in the mood for ice cream, milk shakes, sundaes and the like in the SoBro area. They're located directly off the Monon Trail just look for the little, bright blue house. This is a ice cream shop where all of the transactions take place at a window. There is no inside seating. But there are a couple of picnic benches and some chairs outside the shop, or you can just sit on a curb, or just take your ice cream to go and keep on moseying down the trail. They have more than a dozen different ice cream flavors, including some non dairy and vegan flavors. My kids opted for the tried and true cookie dough and Ultimate Oreo. We also got the Exhausted Parent flavor, which I thought would taste like tears and wine, but actually tasted like coffee and bourbon (close enough)."
