"Ordered for the first time on NYE 2020, planned ahead and used the online ordering 4 hrs in advance. Either there was a mix up or a technical problem with the order and it was lost. They searched and searched but then just replaced the order in that moment. Food was delicious, though the general Tso's was far less spicy than expected. Overall good customer service and good quality food leads to the 5 star rating. Problems happen, especially on one of their busiest days of the year."
