"Ordered thru the Chili's app. When we got there we checked in. Had someone pull up next to us and they Immediately got their food but we never did. After being there about 20 minutes when the order had been ready now for close to 40 minutes it took usfinally placing a call to get our food. When we got home we were missing an item and had extra of another. Was really hungry forChili's so enjoyed the extra but upset about the missing item. Next time I will just go in to get the order so I can check theorder before it gets to the car. Service was OK but nothing special."

"Incredible workers, although I had to leave early (I was the one in the suit), the fact that the employees took on a group of 30~ idiotic teens an hour and a half before closing like champs is incredible. I hope to dear God you guys didn't have to stay too late to clean the dishes, cups, and etc. and that the remaining folk tipped adequately enough for the individual workers to be granted several hours worth of pay through it. If they didn't, describe to me who didn't tip adequately enough compared to the singular strain that their order caused and they'll be jumped. Once again, thank you all and I am so sorry for what happened there!"

"Food was overcooked. Staff appeared to be very new and couldn't answer any questions about Happy Hour specials. Didn't ask us how our food was, if we wanted more drinks...nothing. it wasn't that crowded, but definitely one of the worst service experiences that I've encountered. Not expecting to return."

"Ordered a well done hamburger plain with bacon it came out bleeding. They brought another one it was the wrong kind of hamburger it had all kinds of things on it including onions. Brought a third hamburger same thing it was a different hamburger with brisket and sauce and other things. Brought a fourth hamburger and it still was not cooked . Gave up.!!! Manager brought one hamburger but never checked on us again. Meanwhile I was done eating already befoore my wife ever got her meal. We were told the person making the hamburgers usually makes salads,this was first night making burgers. They scratched the burger from the bill. The waitress was great and very sweet she was put in a bad situation. Steer clear of this place there are better options."

"I recently dined at a restaurant on a Sunday afternoon with my party of two and a baby, and it was not a disappointment. Despite the busy atmosphere, we were promptly greeted with friendly and professional service. The Presidente margarita was truly amazing, and the chips and salsa were delicious - we couldn't get enough of the salsa. I ordered the chicken shrimp pasta, which was not as hot as I would have liked, but I was able to enjoy it after letting it sit while I ate the corn. My wife's fajitas were also excellent. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I would definitely return again."

The food and service both received a rating of 5, as did the atmosphere. We recommend trying the Classic Bacon Burger and Steak Fajitas. "we went to our 15th jubilee 26th feb. and of course we had to wait for a table. So we decided to sit on the bar, well long story short- paige was our bartender and young she was great! we loved her positiw, outgoing and just around ingenious imagination. we asked them if we could actually eat with her at the bar because she was so brilliant, so she sat in one standing in front of the bar and she wasn't just our barkeeper she was our server. we would like to thank them for a wonderful evening and will definitely come back to them. folks she is the best and so is chili 's"

"I was hesitant due to complications with pandemic but i was quite impressed. Very smart about seating. Staff was covering faces with masks. NFL games, great food, kind and attentive staff. I pretty much can't say a bad thing here. Definitely a place to visit during the trying pandemic. There doing it right here."

"This was my first time actually going to Chili's in about ten years, even though I've almost gone several times with friends. As soon as my partner and I walked in, we couldn't help but sing "I want my baby back, baby back, baby back." There was no special event happening today, but I was still excited to see the colorful and welcoming menu. The descriptions and photos got me even more excited. The baby back ribs came with roasted corn and fries, and after just one bite, I was hooked by the bold flavor. It was a fantastic way to start off the meal. The brisket quesadillas were also delicious. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program and get a free drink with every visit."

"This was the most disgusting meal and ever had from Chili's. The mashed potatoes smell like throw up. The steaks were actually 4.2 oz and thin. They had so much salt on the chicken sandwich it was inedible. The chips or extremely salty the salsa tasted rotten. They give you more ice than drink. They give you a small amount of broccoli.The Cheese cake taste like lettuce.This was absolutely not worth $74.00 . Service: Delivery"

"I usually have a good experience here. Walked in and got seated for 2 right away. I saw about 5 tables were full. I didn't look outside but we sat there for at least 15 min before someone finally came to ask if we wanted drinks. I said oh we would love tohave something to drink... after that because of what I said the waiter began to have an attitude with everything we said..after all that when we got our food he began to tell us he was the only one on the floor. I get that but acknowledge were hereand say I'll be with you as soon as possible."

"The food was excellent, and the service timing was commendable. However, the restaurant seemed to be lacking in cleanliness, as there were not many clean plates or napkins available. We requested small plates for our appetizers three times, only to be informed that none were clean. Some of our appetizers took about 20 to 30 minutes to arrive after we ordered them. When we ordered an alcoholic beverage, it was served in a smaller glass than usual. Instead of informing us that they were out of clean glasses and either preparing the drink in the correct size once they had one available or asking if we still wanted it, they ended up serving us a half drink. Overall, the restaurant appeared unprepared, but we still enjoyed the experience thanks to the delicious food."
