"Didn't even get the chance to be seated. Waited over 25 minutes, no one greeted us, the cooks were in the back eating while prepping food for to go orders. There was one person running the checkout who never acknowledged we were there, along with the 2 parties before us. Another customer came in who'd placed a curbside order and told someone he'd called 20 minutes prior from outside and no one's been out yet. One employee came in from the parking lot as we were leaving... Then finally we were very coldly told there was only one server working tonight.Probably would have stayed had someone actually greeted us or communicated. I get everyone's short staffed right now, which is why I waited so long in the first place. But the lack of any kind of acknowledgement isn't called for."

"My wife and I have eaten at this Olga's Grandriver Beck and have never had a problem or bad food. Just ate there yesterday. Food was great as always. Only problem I saw was the manager was coughing and hacking. Should have not been in there and near food. He should have stayed home."

"Super friendly staff, food was hot and fresh, and the special requests (no seasoning for the fries) were honored with no issues. Even being late in the day and short staffed, there was nothing but care and smiles from everyone working. The only negative thing I noticed is that the fries were battered I liked the previous version better but the service made up for that tiny compliant!"

Olga's Classic Combo (sandwich, fries and salad) was tip-top and their kid's menu is excellent (arguably one of the best amongst casual restaurants out there).
