"My favorite is the Falafel Plate Combo. *TIP*: They give you a ton of hummus on the side, so I request it in a carry out container. Fast service. Good prices. Nice atmosphere. One of my favorite restaurants in the Lansing area. Most vegetarian items are vegan, but they're good about answering any questions you may have (the kitchen is right behind the counter)."

"I went through the drive thru and they forgot my curly fries and by the time I came back around there was another car in the drive thru. I figured someone would run my curly fries out to me but instead I stayed in line for 10 minutes and then drove off because they were taking so long."

"Great place on Peoria just north of the 44 freeway, to get what reminds you of a homemade burger . I had special #3, cheeseburger with the works, plus bacon and jalapeno. A generous side of curly fries and chocolate shake. Laura was a great host and the whole team did a great job. It has a very welcoming atmosphere. And she sends you off with Have an awesome day . Also, met a regular patron who has been coming here for 10 years, who highly recommends the sweet tea. He also ordered a #3. Enough said, try it, you will not be disappointed by your visit or the meal. Parking: Parking next to outdoor seating. I ate inside, 10 year patron and friends chose the seating outside"

"I ordered unsweetened iced tea, but I received sweet tea with very little ice. After waiting for 5 minutes, my food was brought to me. I informed the server that I needed unsweetened tea and more ice than what was originally given. However, when I got home in less than 5 minutes, there was still no ice in my tea. I have attached a picture as proof. Additionally, I believe that the server may not enjoy his job very much."

"I grade hard. But it takes a lot not to be in the 16 out of twenty that are a 3. 1 out of 20 on a bad day make it to less than a 3.Zeros are not possible so ones across the board. Nothing in a Doble bacon cheeses burger and cheese burger and tenders should be $40.Second. Of the thee items all were wrong. Maybe ordering in spanish may have helped but I doubt it. They next person after us they screwed his order up.Then came the disappointment in the quality of the food. There was none"

"Just had an order from here and it is disappointing because I do like coming to Burger Street but unfortunately today for April 4, 2024. The food was not great. The chili did not taste like it was fresh. The burgers did not taste like they were fresh, and the fries were not fresh either the customer service is not great today and they need to do better. I attempted to call but the phone number doesn’t go through to them or it’s just to a voicemail that doesn’t even sound like it’s for the business. If you love this place, I suggest going on certain days so that you can have great food and great service."

"I really enjoyed the burger at this restaurant and I especially appreciate the kind lady who is always at the window. She is so sweet and always goes above and beyond to be nice. However, I had a negative experience with the lighter skinned lady today. I have been ordering my burger without cheese for 30 years, and when she asked me if I wanted cheese, I said no. She proceeded to argue with me right in front of the window, even after I reiterated my order. She kept muttering under her breath about asking customers questions at the menu, which was frustrating because she had asked me and still got it wrong. It was upsetting to have her be so rude, especially when I am usually such a pleasant person. I hope her attitude improves in the future, as this is not the first negative interaction I have had with her."
