"Terrible customer service… Not acceptable. I was a first time customer and I was browsing the menu as the associate already seemed impatient to begin. I decided to order a burrito I asked for steak and thought to add shrimp but, I asked the associate for shrimp if they had it and he responded like is that up there. Referring to the menu but I didn’t know I’m new. I canceled immediately."
