"Bagel Express II has been on my to go list for a while. I decided to stop in and get a feel for the customer service and atmosphere. I was impressed by all the employees wearing masks. The tables were clean and there's lots of indoor and outdoor seating. They have plenty of cream cheese selections and bagels to choose from also. There's lots of menu items and pastries. The coffee is reasonably priced as well as the food. The restroom is for customers only which is a good thing. The men behind the counter are very nice. It's busy even late morning after customers rushing to work have ceased. I came back a couple days after my initial visit to have a bagel and cream cheese. The same man behind the counter was so nice. I heard how nice he speaks to all the customers. I rested at a table before ordering. He said I could sit inside to eat. It's windy and cold today. I decided to take another look at the bagel selection. On the very bottom I spotted the pumpernickel! I already knew I wanted to try their Garlic Herb Cream Cheese. I don't get my bagel toasted because it's got a nice crunch to the outside. The inside of the bagel was moist and delicious. I had enough cream cheese to spread the full bagel and I ate the whole thing. The Garlic Herb Cream Cheese here is very good. I'd definitely get this bagel and cream cheese again. It's $5.17 and well worth every penny! I can't beat that for my brunch today!! I'm recommending Bagel Express II. Don't pay any attention to their overall two stars rating. It's not in line with my experience. They have a clean restroom too."
