"We have recently visited. They were completely understated. We waited a long time to order, a long time to get our drinks and a very long time to get the $5.99 Blt Special. The food wasn't hot, but it was really good. We went back a few weeks later... it was the same. I hope they get more help. It's affordable."

"We could see that the place was fully packed and the waiters were all running from table to table attending to their customers. They were short staffed but you could tell they were doing everything they could in a timely manner. Our waitress, Brooke, was waiting on tables and restocking during our visit and continuously apologized for the wait. She was very sweet and although she was running around she kept our cups full and checked for our meals constantly until we had everything before us. The food was delicious as always and even with the wait we enjoyed our meals and our service. Slow, hard days happen but that doesn't take away from the great food you'll get here!"

"the restaurant was so badly attacked with flying that you landed in my coffee. will not go back. it's always a bad experience. dirty. tries this business 3 times, tries to judge them fair, but it never improved. I noticed that it is tied to the best western hotel. I'm not sure if it's all under the same property and/or management, but both need drastic improvements. sylva nc has far too many better options for the males to choose so if huddle house wants thrive, they need nay to take into account the cleaning of the huddle house restaurant."

"Long story short while camping I locked my wallet in my glove box, just to break the handle in the morning. This only allowed me to Apple Pay, which Waffle House did not accept. It was a blessing because I landed here at Huddle House. I am a Waffle House regular, but the food was so much better, with so many more options, I make the change to Huddle House my going to breakfast restaurant from now on. Apparently I'm not the only one because the Waffle House was close to empty while Huddle House was packed. Even packed, I sat right away and the food came very fast and just tastes better. My server, (Assistent Manager) Jennifer was exceptional, and on site with everything before I realized that I needed something. Huddle House has overhauled Waffle House on my recommendation. "Worst service in my 60+ years of eating food. Unreal how ANYONE, especially our server, Ashley I think, could keep their job more than 2 days. I have never had service this poor. If I could give a minus score for service, I would have. From reading past reviews, this place has some serious problems. We, along with about 3000 others come to Jefferson every September for a large motocross race held here and I will be spreading the word to every single one of those 3000 I come in contact with via FB and in-person to avoid the Huddle House in Jefferson. A PBJ sandwich and a bag of chips would be far better than eating here. They could have a BANG-UP weekend while our group is here in September, but this place was empty....I can see why. 3000 potential customers over 4 days and it was literally empty."

"Jessica took excellent care of me today. She greeted me upon arrival, seated me quickly, and took my order. I ordered the $5.99 Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit meal. It came quickly and was delicious. I recommend this location and Jessica to family and friends.9-15-2023. Today, Tiffany provided excellent customer service during my visit to the Weirton, WV, Huddle House on Freedom Way. She greeted me at the door, seated me at a nice, quiet spot close to the TV, and asked how I was doing and for my drink order. Tiffany gave me ample time to review the menu and took my order. I ordered the Homestyle Huddle Bowl, which consisted of scrambled eggs, home fries, bacon, sausage, and country gravy. I also chose a side of white toast with mixed fruit jelly. The meal was awesome! Tiffany gave me service with a smile, she had a wonderful personality, and Tiffany made sure I received my 20% Huddle Rewards Discount. The food came quickly, and I was very satisfied with today's visit. I recommend Tiffany and this Huddle House location to family and friends."
