"When we come to OKC from our of town, we usually choose poblano grill or of all the places to eat. We love the food, their chips and salsa are the best. But today the food was so so and the service was terrible!! My water never got a refill, chips wereempty and never refilled, server never came back to see if everything was okay. She acted like she hated her life. Which I feelbad if anyone is going through hard times, we've all been there. But seriously, I wanted to ask her if she was okay. The foodwas good but just barely warm. Not hot. My husband said he won't go back. We never got checked on, we never got refills ondrinks or chips, she never checked on us, and when she brought the check, never said a word. She just sat it down and walkedaway. Usually they say, thank you for coming in. She never asked how everything was. Just extremely out of the ordinary for adining experience."
