"The okra was extremely tough and difficult to eat. It's not acceptable to serve customers food that isn't properly cooked. It seemed like the okra had been refried. The chicken was slightly better, but still not impressive. The rolls were undercooked and hadn't risen properly. I’ve decided to choose a different Hartz location from now on. If roast chicken isn’t your specialty, perhaps it’s time to reconsider your business. Additionally, the fish had a very thick, hard crust, which didn't work well either."
