"We were looking forward to this trip, 55th birthday. As a matter of fact, we called and inquired if we could arrive two days early. Absolutely, we were told. When we arrived, our room was not ready, so we attempted to find a restaurant to have a nice meal. there is no staff, restaurants are closed, or working with a skeleton crew. We ended up with protein bars and waited for dinner. We were checked into a room on the 11th floor, 4 hours later, we were told that the room was now blocked, but we have another one ready for you. The next morning at 0730, the parking lot is being prepped for re-paving below us. We tried to order room service, but there is no room service. There is also no housekeeping except for check-out cleaning. Nothing was said about the lack of services that we are still being charged for. Beyond disappointed and will not be back."
