"I've given Metro several chances due to its proximity to my workplace, but the experience has been inconsistent. The coffee can be hit or miss; sometimes it's served hot, but after adding milk or cream, it tends to cool down quickly after just a few sips. The food is on the pricey side, and since I'm choosing to pay that amount, I expect quality to match the price. The staff experience varies as well—specifically, the women at the register. Sometimes they're friendly, and other times they're not so welcoming. I'm not expecting anything extravagant, but for the prices they charge, I believe some level of good customer service is warranted."
