"I order chicken tikka masala and plain paratha. What I received was probably the most disappointing chicken tikka masala I’ve ever had. It had onions in it, which I hate, was watery, and the chicken was flavorless. The paratha was wheat (again, never had wheat paratha before it’s always been white) and it was burnt. Very disappointing. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1"

"This place has been in Diamond Bar for many years. I first visited this spot around 2006 or so when my older sister first brought me here to try Indian food for the first time.I’ve seen this place change interior I think twice over the times I’ve visited, and it seems like it’s stayed under the same ownership for many years (not sure how many times they did change ownership if ever).I give this place 5 stars because it’s always been consistent taste wise, interior is always clean and well kept, and employees are always kind and super attentive even if it’s 2 people eating at the time. As a former server, I know they put in all this effort to keep people coming back, and they’ve been doing it for over 10 years.I appreciate that they haven’t made sacrifices in the food due to rising costs."

"It is pretty good and fresh, but like all the Indian buffets on Pioneer it will never be the India restaurant. PROS: 1. Food is quite well-trusted and tastes less fatty than most other buffets. 2. At only $8.99 for an AYCE lunch buffet, it is quite a steal. 3. Price includes well drinks. Of course, water and ice tea are available for those who do not drink limes. 4. Good / friendly service. 5. Goats Curry is good – not too playful. 6. Plain and/or garlic na’an comes fresh, tasty and hot. 7. Plenty of parking. CONS: 1. Dessert section is lack. They have cheese balls and carrot pudding, but no fresh fruit or sweet yogurts. 2. Only 2 types of Chutney available: mint and acidic/salted veggie. 3. I found a little hair in my goat protein. It's not a big deal, but I can just be good without the additional “protein. ‘"

"Visited this restaurant today (Jan 3, 2014) and the very helpful staff prepared vegan food for all four of us 2 adults and a 9 12 year old. We ordered chana masala, a vegan version of their kids all in one' meal, dal soup, potato paratha and Bombay aloo. The chana masala was excellent, the dal good and the all in one' kids meal very good VFM. The Bombay potato was a disappointment because they used canned potatoes! The paratha was so tasty we ordered a second. Prices were $10-$15 an entree, a little high for the lower quality ingredients. This might explain the high use of salt! All-in-all a pleasant enough experience in an area short of good vegan restaurants. Sundays they have a vegetarian lunch buffet."

"this was our first visit based on recommendations from some friends. eating was above average, but the service was terrible and very slow. it is a dysfunctional location with a person who runs the show that takes orders from all tables / customers and handling checks. others were waiters who clean up or put up the table. it took 45 minutes to get our food. we spent over 90 minutes most of them on attention and eating. a kerl wimmelte a kist of water glasses in the middle of the restaurant in the simple view that customers eat their dinner. the place has the potential to visit a good one. the waiters looked ashamed and not attentive to customer needs. I don't want to look at the place again, unless manager /eigenowners is proud to run a nice restaurant."

"When Spice Kitchen in Maspeth sold to new owners and went completely down the drain, they broke my heart.Saffron has not only mended it, I think I love them more than I ever loved Spice. We've ordered at least 15 times now.You can't go wrong here, but our standard (delivery) order is Channa Masala, Aloo Tikka, Vegtable Pakora, Chicken Tikka Masala, and of course, Garlic Naan. Everything is amazing and no, I can't cut any of those out of the order. We might throw in some Aloo Gobi or Chicken Chaat or something, but those are non-negotiable and they hit every time!Even delivering farther away than is probably best, the food is hot and wonderful. Can't wait to stop in soon!Vegetarian options: Of course they have vegetarian, and even vegan options!"

"This is a lovely little restaurant located in the Brickyard Center. They offer a lunch buffet with 2 vegan entrees, as well as salads, soups, rice, and naan. The menu has a good selection of vegan options, making it easy to choose. We tried the samosas, vegetable curry, and bread pot, all of which were delicious. The service was good and we will definitely be coming back."

"I had best biryani at Bawarchi compared to other Indian restaurants in Delaware. The spice levels are perfect in Hyderabad Chicken Dum Biryani. And other dish I tried was gobi manchurian and it was really delicious."

"Search for places to eat well we were on vacation. Despite all the reviews I read before I even went there, that said staying away. I decided to give him a chance and was definitely not disappointed with the service. This restaurant was phenomenal! Absolutely above the head! I loved the fact how to do with the manager to make sure that every person cares about really amazing. She helps her crew and stays with them next door cleaning, busing, serving and really makes it to remember an experience. The food was delicious it was expensive but definitely worth it! We did the chicken biryani and shrimp corma, chili wiper with a garlic naan and for desert gulab jamun. We will definitely return and recommend this place very much!"

"I met up with two friends for lunch at a restaurant that serves South Asian cuisine, which they have limited experience with. The restaurant had a nice, casual atmosphere with authentic flavors and dishes. The service was very accommodating. We started with samosa chaat, which I would definitely order again for a weekend snack, followed by roasted vegetable biryani, which was exceptional, and a mixed chicken platter. My friends loved the hara masala chicken, while I enjoyed the malai chicken. I will definitely be eating here again, most likely for takeout."

"This place has 5 stars written all over it. We were on a day trip to Half Moon Bay and we wanted to eat in a restaurant with a unique ambience. Being vegetarian our options were limited until we found this restaurant. The ambience is really great if you want to be indulged in Nepali culture. Our host was really friendly and we had a great service despite their shortage in staff. The food felt like it was prepared at home and it was really yummy. We had the Potato cheeseball , Veg pakora , Vegetarian thali Nepali Chai Tea. If you're in the Half Moon Bay area, I would highly recommend checking them out."

"Top-notch service paired with exquisite food made for an unforgettable experience. From the beginning, Anik's attentiveness (I hope I spelled his name correctly) and care added a personal touch that elevated the meal to something special. The Góngura Aloo was revelatory, while the Saag Paneer and Paneer Pasand offered rich, perfect flavors. Don't overlook the Gobi Manchurian; it's sensational. Highly recommended! A culinary experience to remember in this hidden gem of a place. Thank you and god bless!"
