"I really wanted to like Chan’s. They have an Egg Foo Yung I like because it takes me back to a childhood memory but everything else we ordered we won’t order again, including the orange chicken. We were a party of six and none of us liked our orders. It’s usually pretty empty in the restaurant but the bar seems busy."

"The new Lucky Star is on the spot!!!! I'm glad they were reopened. I love shrimp egg foo young. There are not many places I often get, but NEW LUCKY STAR has nailed it. Your lunch special starts at 11a and ends at 3p. So try to see a lunch whether it suits your taste. I also tried triple joy and her fried chicken wings. Honestly, their wings are not my favorite, but they offer a number of different flavored / dipped whole wings and wingets. Call to run and pick up the lady at the desk that takes your orders is nice. P.S lunch special does not come with an egg roll, only main course, white or fried rice and a soda. The roasted rice is also not salty"

"The BBQ pork fried rice at this restaurant is exceptional compared to other Chinese restaurants I have tried recently. I especially enjoy the generous amount of green onions in the fried rice, which brings back memories of my childhood when my family used to frequent a local establishment near my home. The rice itself was not greasy, and the perfect amount of soy sauce was used. Usually, I like to add hot sauce to my rice, but this order was just right for my taste. I appreciated the absence of peas and carrots in the rice, as the addition of cabbage was a refreshing change."
