"We traveled to Durango from Las Vegas, we are lucky enough to eat in some of the best restaurants in the world. The Ore house came recommended by a local lady who said, 'Steak? Hands down the Ore House! '. So we tried our luck and got a seat. The hostess was kind and professional. Got us to our seats. The drinks were generously poured but not too strong, just right! Our server, unfortunately I forgot his name, was well versed on everything on the menu and was quite helpful to my beautiful wife who is doing a vegan diet at the moment. I ordered the Petite Filet medium plus along with the mashed potatoes with Demi glaze. The meal came out in perfect time and it was cooked to perfection. A great piece of meat cooked just to my liking. I was fortunate enough to speak to the Chef and thank him for such a wonderful dining experience. The only downfall was my wife wouldn 't let me order another Filet. Thanks Ore House! An unforgettable meal in a beautiful setting with happy and professional staff!!!"
