"I had a great experience! And this was my first time getting hot pot! Parking is easy (though we did go on a Sunday morning), but there are lots of spaces in Union Square. Two of us got the all you can eat shabu shabu hot pot and one all you can eat BBQ (which we shared). The grills and hot pots are so cool and aesthetic and they use sterno to heat them. It wasn't smoky, and the sterno smell wasn't too noticeable or gross. The flames on the grill were trying to escape sometimes, though. The food is DELICIOUS. We got the tonkatsu broth, and we ordered lots of beef! On the BBQ side, we had pork belly and beef. My friend also got hot sake, which comes with its own heater so it doesn't lose warmth! All three dipping sauces were extremely tasty, and there's also some extra seasonings on the table. The staff was very kind and attentive. The menu was a bit confusing, but when we asked for clarification, the staff explained it to us well. I also think the price is great! Would definitely come back here again!!"
