"PLEASE REFUND ME.... Placed a to-go order online and was charged $60 on October 7th. I showed up and they were closed until further notice. I have yet to receive a refund and can't get in contact with anyone. Please Ohana, can you refund me or call me back? I will kindly remove my review once I get your attention."
