"We attended palace social for my fiancés birthday. We made a reservation in advance and brought a cake. The service was terrible. My friends and I had to get up from the table multiple times to get attention from our server. Also, when the cake was brought out, it was brought to the wrong person…..not my fiancé…… Overall, the ambiance and location is nice. Also, the pricing is reasonable. However, the service was terrible and really impacted the overall experience."
