However, don't let your service ruin the business, I mean it.Last but not least, here is the experience to share and some recommendation.I was arrive at your reception around and see some of your staff are working inside the restaurant. I've waited for around outside and no one respond to us. Finally, I decide to walk into the restaurant and finally a waitress aware of me.She told me that she is the only one to set up the table and being a receptionist as well.Suggest to provide the proper training to ALL your customer facing staff on their communication skills. Customer's expectation always high, especially the first impression of first connection. I'm fine to wait, but you just need to acknowledge you notice the customers are waiting. In fact, my friend ask me to leave for others tons of restaurant in Elements. DO NOT blame the company about lack of resources, blah blah blah, the customers are paying the food and service. PLEASE provide the proper training to your staff and wish you all the very best in future"
