"I used to frequent this restaurant when they were a small business on the south side, but their quality has significantly declined. The spinach artichoke hummus was overly salty and had to be thrown out. The chicken cranberry salad had overcooked chicken. When I called to address these issues, the customer service was unsatisfactory. I no longer support this establishment."

"I always choose Ghossains for lunch and they never fail to impress! Today, I had a Veggie wrap and Greek Pasta Salad, both of which were incredibly fresh and tasty. The wrap was packed with fresh ingredients and amazing flavor, while the pasta salad was tangy and, of course, fresh! I highly recommend this spot, with a perfect 10/10 rating!"
