Consistently, I have found the staff to be confident and knowledgeable (i.e., trained, developed, and groomed well for their respective roles and functions), as well as friendly and attentive in a pleasant, natural manner. Facility is ultra clean in all areas at all times, in my experience and observation, including the restroom. Someone is clearly on their game about cleanliness. As for their advertising and promotion, Cello's Pantry's website content is accurate, from my experiences, aptly describing the business.
