"I read the other reviews before ordering but still ordered. We ordered late after the lunch rush. Ordered online. They missed 3 items on each of our salads and 2 of them on each salad we were charged for. If you are going to charge for items to be in the salad, you best be sure they get into the salad. We discovered it after it was picked up and we were back in the office we didn 't really have much of a course of action. Because I did not order online directly with them I started a conversation online with a Chow Now representative. She was super helpful. I messaged her about the issue and she said she 'd call the restaurant and speak with a manager (after getting my order . She messaged back and stated there was no response at the restaurant (shocker so she said she would call the owner! This was her and his response: 'I just got a hold of Spencer, the owner, who has authorized a $5.00 refund to compensate for the missing toppings and the trouble. ' She then said: 'Is there anything else I can help you with today, or any further feedback I can pass to Spencer? ' I told her to let Spencer know he needs to read and respond to reviews on Google. Often you don 't know what is happening at your restaurant when you are not there. Well played too, great service recovery and I will now go back again and again!
