Open from 11 to 11 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 11 to midnight on Friday, 8 to midnight on Saturday and 8 to 11 on Sunday, Chuckies offers something for every taste. He also has a location at 8025 South Cass Avenue in Darien. Lunch is handful. My wife and I started with shells of seafood Gumbo and Corn Chowder. I couldn't resist a plate of Cajun BBQ shrimps. And we divided two corn cakes of salmon with corn bread, shrimp, salmon, green onions, red peppers and roasted Poblano honey cream sauce. For a duck, my wife Southern chose fried shrimps with French fries, Koleslaw, maize breadmuffin and cocktail sauce. I chose a BBQ combo, a half plate baby back ribs and a quarter smoked chicken with BBQ sauce. For dessert we shared portions of banana bread pudding and peach-cobbler."
