"first try the pfefferbistro. sweet, eclectic restaurant in the small town Galloway, tn. we had 1 o'clock reservations, but we were the only people there. they presented a long lasting lunch menu, but was disappointed to hear that they served only four items, two of which were burgers. I wanted to try one of the quiches. we both order the burgers; one was the French bistro burger with sautéed mushrooms and a gorgonzola aioli, the other was a traditional American cheeseburger with Pimento cheese. both were served with fries. be prepared, the French bistro burger is big and somehow chaotic. when they are on the zaun over gorgonzola slip it. the aioli is quite strong and very not for those who do not like blue cheese. the owner and the chef, diana, came out to welcome us and offered a piece of lemon pancakes, on the house. Most of the pancakes are served cold or room temperature. this was served slightly warm with a lemon glaze. very delicious! we plan to go back to dinner and hope there are more possibilities. the dinner menu looks fantastic!"
