"another excellent experience of this weekend as usual. we were more than a few dozen times hosing at bs, it's just our favorite steak house in the city. a real test on the service of a restaurant is how they deal with disregards and from almost 40 visits, I would have got a reconsidered steak. our server ashley was great all night, and after a quick check back and made aware that they quickly removed it for a exchange. the manager (par iliew) was almost immediately at our table, recognizing himself apologised for the delay. I quickly got a replacement and the staff went to deliver a few extra items and compose the steak. the ersatzschnitt was perfect, cocktails are no longer to be found, and the hashbrown remains invinced. service was as always from our server ashley to manager p"
