"Nasty lady... Went in many times to order pistachio soft serve and she refuses and makes believe that she doesn't understand you when you tell her that the ice cream is too soft and to let it run a little bit before putting it into the cone. The man who runs the store and I believe who is the owner is very curt and not very obliging at all. I went in to buy a $47 ice cream cake from my wife's 60th birthday and he told me he didn't have time to put flowers on it. For a business that achieves high margins it's hard to believe that he didn't have time to put flowers on a $47 sale. What a j * TOM CARVEL IS TURNING IN HIS GRAVE!"
