"I had a fantastic experience at this chocolate shop. The chocolates are exceptional, and the service is usually excellent. Yuki and the previous staff have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect flavor profiles. However, some of the newer employees appear to need a bit more training on the different chocolate flavors. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its quality and service."
