"we had a reservation and arrived on time. we were shown to a small table that relied on a living table of four other diners. we asked to sit at another place, as there was a series of sensible empty tables. after a lot...testing and convincing we were actually allowed to sit somewhere else. the starters arrived immediately and were in order. we had to clear our own starter plates out of the way when the main courses arrived. they were barely warm as they were obviously left standing in the kitchen. my spaghetti for example was quite controversial and solid. we decided to get out of desserts, but my double espresso that was made remained on the counter for an old one. so much, the barmann voluntarily made a new one when the waiting staff always ignored it. all this, and the polite waitress was surprised when I didn't leave a tip. they make one like: eat them elsewhere."
