"Our family favorite restaurant to eat when we look for delicious burgers, fries and shakes. We rarely eat more, the feeling that we can make most meals at home so good if not better than in a restaurant. But we are not able to offer the aromas of Freddy's. The staff is the best and I would recommend it to anyone who didn't have the chance to try it."

"Best burgers and fries I've had for a long time! This place blows Steak'n Shake out of the water. I have the Californian style burger I could say is even better than In n Out. I went out and got a chocolate concrete that was like a thick milkshake and it was amazing! Waiting was a little long, but it was worth it because the food was fresh and hot and delicious! "I have never had any issues with them beforehand, but my order today was off. I got an item I didnt order for that Im assuming was meant to go to someone else, and my item is so overfilled I cant open the lid due to it being melted (which I dont blame them for, it took about 25 mins for it arrive) and from what I can see none of the toppings I asked for are on it. Im not complaining about the ice cream being full, but I cannot see any of the extra toppings I ordered, or any of usual items that come on it. As Ive said before, usually their items are fantastic and I order from them all the time but this time they missed the mark."

"If I could give Freddy's a 100-star rating, I would. Their custard is my absolute favorite! I would eat it every day if I could. I love their vanilla custard sweet balls. They are creamy, rich, and delicious. My only complaint about Freddy's is that I wish their fries were not so greasy, but their custard has me hooked. "The steakburger has the best flavor. The fries are hot crisp no need for ketchup. The chocolate frozen custard is amazing. The staff is helpful and courteous. The air conditioner must be set low because it was pretty chilly inside but they do have a nice outside seating area. I'll definitely be going back."

"Updated October 2021. (original pre-covid Something NEW and different in Hopkinsville. If you have never been to a Freddie 's, you need to know, it is NOT what your used to. The bad reviews (so far complain about the burgers. Yes, the pattis are thin. They 're supposed to be that way at Freddie 's. 5 stars for food quality and flavor. Chili cheese fries always excellent (for example . 1 star for building. Not even open a month and roof leaks. P.A. microphone appears not to work since food order numbers are yelled out. Dining room too crowded and cluttered. People with mobility issues be warned. Traffic flow and parking lot design awful. 4.9 stars for service. Dining room has been kept clean constantly during lunch rush. Cashier did a great job making my order a combo. But failed to push the reward program. 10% military discount all the time. Except Mondays. On Mondays it is a 15% military discount. (New July 2021 update The P.A. system works now, but due to no ceiling, it is difficult to clearly understand it. I would guess the roof leak is fixed, but since it wasn 't raining, not sure. The food still tastes great. Service is still great. Tables get wiped down after each customer. Bottom line; Freddy 's standards are being adhered to. Thanks for another wonderful meal. ???? (October 2021 update The employment crisis takes its toll on another business. Dinning room should not be mopped with the same greasy mop as the kitchen. SLIP HAZZARD! Some employees masked, some not. Dinning Room tables not sanitized in a timely manner. Thank goodness the food still tastes good. (Except they didn 't put onions on my chili cheese fries. See website. ???? [May 2022 update] Perfect, fresh, hot chili cheese fries today. Awesome food."

"The dasher was very quick and food was hot and fresh. At the restaurant, they forgot to include fry sauce and seasoning which I included in the order and it was on the ticket. It is one of the things we love with our fries and one of the main reasons we order from them. It was disappointing."

"I had a California burger but lettuce wrapped. The taste was alright but the lettuce wrap was really messily put together. I couldnt really pick it up without everything just falling apart. It seemed like the lettuce was rinsed but not dried because the thousand island was watered down."

"I love Freddy’s but I am new to the area and this location consistently provides bad service. Since I go to Freddy’s pretty often I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time I go the workers seem to have no sense of urgency and are very inconsiderate of their customers. For example, the last 2 times I have gone through the drive-thru I have had to wait 10+ minutes at the window and then when I do eventually get my food there is never a “thanks for your patience” or “sorry about the wait”. I just get my food handed to me and they act like nothing happened and I haven’t been waiting for a long time. The staff is very poor."

"This place charged me a fortune then did not give me everything I ordered. I ordered 2 bottles of Famous Fry Sauce and they charged me for them both but did not give them to me. They also forgot one of my hamburgers. I would have thought the dashers checked your order to ensure everything was there, but I guess not."
