"If you are looking for a San Antonio diner experience Jim's should be top of your list. Going back to my college days in the 80s, Jim's has been a go to stop for, especially late night fare for family and friends. Some top dishes are the fried mushrooms with gravy which are delicious, but beware the first couple of bites as they will be super hot. My personal fave is the club sandwich which I get with Texas Toast and onion rings (another great dish). You really haven't lived until you try a slice of apple pie with their cinnamon ice cream though."
