"They really make their customers feel like **** at this TCBY location. I went there after getting a coupon in my mailbox for a buy one get one free menu item that had the address of this location on it. I handed it to the cashier and ordered two kids cups. The cashier started YELLING and I mean YELLING so that the entire store full of customers could hear that cups and waffle cones are not menu items. THE COUPON HAD A PICTURE OF A WAFFLE CONE STANDING NEXT TO A CUP OF FROZEN YOGURT!!!! When I pointed this out to the cashier she started yelling YOU wanna call my manager??? You wanna call corporate??? I DON 'T CARE!!! I 'VE BEEN HERE FOR 12 YEARS! I told her that I would contact both her manager and the corporate office of tcby about her attitude and lack of manners. The kids cup I ordered had a value of $2, is $2 worth making a customer never wanting to set foot inside your store again? Apparently to the people at this store it is, that 's just how much they value their customers. Don 't get soft serve at this place, go to chickfila or McDonald’s where a small soft serve cone is 99 cents and the employees are trained to treat their customers with dignity. There is nothing special about this place that sets it apart from its competitors."
