"Upon our arrival, the host informed us that the reservation was only for one person and that they called to check if more were coming. I showed her the voicemail stating it was for four, and she eventually seated us at a table. We were the only ones dining indoors, and only a few guests were outside.
It took two hours for our entrees to arrive, and they were terrible! The chicken and fries were cold, the lamb was overcooked and tough, and the chicken marsala appeared to be made from canned chicken. It was absolutely disgusting! Notably, many guests who arrived after us received their food in a reasonable time and seemed to enjoy their meals. The waiting staff kept saying, “the kitchen is behind” when we inquired about our meals.
One member of my party spoke to the manager, who offered a 50% discount for the long wait, but he never came over to discuss the situation with us or check if our meals were acceptable. After our meals were served, the entire staff seemed to avoid us.
The only positive aspects were the delicious drinks and the ambiance. We ended up spending $200 (after the discount) and still left hungry! Thank goodness McDonald's is open 24 hours! Save your money and don’t eat here!"
