"The service we received at the restaurant was not up to par. We found our server to be indifferent and at times even quite abrupt. It was a challenge to get their attention when needed, and there was a significant delay in receiving our entrees. In fact, when our dishes finally arrived, one of them was completely wrong. The correct order took much longer than promised to come out. The atmosphere was also not enjoyable, as the noise level was extremely high. Despite the food being decent, it was nothing particularly special. Overall, our experience at Polpo was disappointing given its reputation over the years. It is now a place we will only visit reluctantly, rather than eagerly."
